I showed up, no other customers there, ordered, girl at the front was nice, got the disco fries which were so bad i could barely finish 1/4 of them. The fries themselves seem half decent but i feel like you need to make them extra crispy when adding cheese/gravy, and the cheese/gravy tasted really bad. I also got the #1 cheese steak, the bun was pretty decent, but the meat tasted like it was only season with WAYYYYY too much pepper. I couldn’t even taste the cheese/onions with how much pepper was used, i only finished it because i was absolutely starving, got a sprite too which also tasted off. $20 for horrible food

I tried the Chicken Philly ($12) I cut mine in half. The subs are enough for 2 if you aren’t a big eater. It was not flavorful. Bun was plain no flavor. Nothing special. They are over priced for what they give. They charge extra for peppers & onions if they do not come on the philly you order. They do not have combos tht come with fries. Fries are 1 size for $3.56 I’d rather spend $12 for a full meal at Charley’s

I had the Philly Works and fries. What a fantastic sandwich, stuffed with lots of meat and cheese, and just enough veggies. Fries very crispy and hot. Everyone complaining about the price, everything is expensive these days. Worth every penny!!

We were excited to see this location finally open, but all three of my families sandwiches were very greasy and really couldn’t even be eaten. We may give it another try before going back to the other location off of Fry.

After they messed up our order instead of admitting to the mistake, they decided to argue with my family and tell us we were wrong. The “manager” on duty was extremely unprofessional. I feel bad for the rest of the employees having to work under her.

Go to the old location trust me. Not only are all the items priced several dollars more but when I bit into my #1 aka the easiest philly to make the very first bite was just bread and a giant chunk of raw onion. I looked inside to find all the onions where raw chunks. And there was only a small area with the other ingredients. This was a raw onion sandwich with a Philly center. I was like nah man so I got back out of my car to have it remade which is rare for me and they had closed. I looked at the hours again to make sure they closed at 10 which is what it said but it was only 850. Not even the employees want to be at this location. Trust me go to the old one on fry if not drive a block away and hit up the food trucks.
