Uneven cup when I went to take out of cup holder top came off coffee spilled in both holders and down the console repeated order twice and still wrong at window. The guy should paid more attention instead of goofing off trying to have a fake British/English whatever accent! I was in the drive thru today and I can’t believe the 2 women working there were arguing, they made the line in the drive thru wait because they were having their disagreements, I was in shock on how they had us watch their show , they didn’t care that there was customers waiting on their orders !

Very clean store, friendly staff, and I was super excited because I was able to actually get munchkins at 1pm! There was a great selection of both munchkins and all kinds of donuts on the shelves behind the counter, and they tasted and felt fresh too! Most other stores either have nothing left by this time of day or whatever is there are like rocks. Mentioned it to the cashier and she said they always try to keep fresh stock all day because people want donuts all day and not just in the morning. My new favorite DD store!!!

15 minute drive to work. Left a half hour early and was 20 minutes late. Thank you DD for the absolute slowest drive thru experience of my life. And I still didn’t get my 1 cup of coffee. Trapped by snow drifts in line and couldn’t bail so I waited until I could pull around still 2 cars from window. I will not ever patron here again.
