Literally standing in front of the guy at the counter asked for a donut NO sprinkles gave sprinkles , said my coffee perfectly he rang it in wrong and gave it to me wrong. Out of a lot of items that are being promoted . Your location is in a hotel parking lot with lots of traffic , need employee’s who can do their job right .

Normally good store but this visit they only had 1 worker covering whole store both drive thru and front counter. But on this day that 1 worker did a great job and store was still clean. I asked him how long he had been alone and he said like 1 &1/2 hours or more. He deserves a raise. I really wish I remembered his name

No one in front of us, waited in the drive-thru for long enough that I thought maybe they were closed. No one ever came over the intercom to even say they’d be with us in a minute. I drove around to find 2 girls with headsets on talking to someone in a car. The car moved on, I made a joke about their headsets not working and they said oh no we were just talking that’s why we didn’t take your order. I should also note that there were not any customers inside there store either. The car behind us had the same experience, they drove past as we were finally getting our drinks. ‍♀️
