The food was poorly made,when I called to nicely ask for them to remake it,only five minutes later…the lady on the phone decided to make hateful remarks on the phone with me. We decided not to return but instead file a complaint. We quickly received a call from someone in charge who then offered to remake our food and send us coupons. The lady who called to help resolve the situation was kind, understanding and asked for details of my experience. Wonderful lady who truly tried to address and find out who might have said what and I appreciated her response time and kindness. But to experience something like this was hurtful, cruel and completely unnecessary. Simple fix… Place your customer on hold before bad-mouthing them. Will never return to this establishment, suggest going to the Dublin Taco Bell instead for quality food and service. Photos for proof that “one scoop of meat” is fine if that scoop covers the whole meal not just half.

We walked in and ordered thru the mobile app with intentions on eating inside the resturant. We informed the front register person we were ordering online. After TWENTY SEVEN minutes our food was ready. Wrong toppings, missing items and everything was cold. Dinning room conditions were below average. As we were leaving 1/2 the staff or more outside filming tik tock dance videos. We left hungry and highly disappointed.

Well last time we came to play bingo was a wonderful night and wonderful service. Tonight was horrible. Our food took over ten minutes and only 1 order before ours and it was a tiny combo meal. Also our food was cold and was supposed to come with a large drink and I had to go back and ask for our cups and it was a small/medium. The employee that made our food was hateful and rude and moved slower than a snail. Miss Angela someone needs to light a fire under you because that was the worst customer service I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Pizza hut service is faster and we have to wait for a pizza to bake in a oven.
