Food is amazing but they for sure need to keep the place a lot cleaner. Get some amazing food but get it to go if you want to eat peacefully. Especially the mushroom burger and all the way cheeseburger are my favorites.

Classic Burger & onion rings were basic but good – nothing out of the ordinary $11 for burger, fries, and a drink was way too overpriced for portions and quality. Everything from the table and chairs to the condiments were covered in a sticky yuck. Decor was very outdated. Definitely has potential for improvement!

We come into town often for the race track, wanted to try somewhere new. Food was okay, place was pretty dirty. Walked in, noone was inside. Employees were standing around on their phones. We ordered and went to go sit down, we checked every table, they all had food all over them. We had to clean our own table. Won’t be back.

I’m obsessed! This place really doesn’t look like much, but the food is all made freshly to order and is so delicious! They have so many options to choose from, there is something for everyone, plus the deserts and shakes are so good! Extremely reasonable prices too, it just doesn’t get much better than this if your looking for something casual!

I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, a large fry and a large drink. With an average tip, my bill was over $16. This is the TINIEST burger patty I have ever gotten on ANY kind of burger. Especially in an establishment where just a double cheeseburger costs $6. This is NOT burger patty. You need to train your people how to be consistent with their food service. The person with me got one normal/decent sized patty, and one tiny patty like mine. I got two tiny patties. Also the ketchup tastes like it has gone bad/fermented. It had a very strong vinegar taste to it. Not like normal ketchup and I love ketchup. We will not be returning for a long while. I’d rather pay $16 at five guys where I know I will get consistent food and a good sized patty.

Wanted a burger and fries for lunch. Was heading to another restaurant and remembered I could get a double cheeseburger, fries and drink for less than $10 at Burger and Shake. Burger was hot and juicy, fries were crispy and delicious. I’ve eaten at 3 different Burger and Shakes and they’ve all been great.

05Sep2020. After shopping at the Premier Outlet, we stopped here for lunch after reading the reviews. The food was excellent. The fries were hot. The meals were delicious. The prices were quite reasonable. Great service, as well.

Called to place an order was immediately put on hold, waited 10 minutes and hung up. Called back 18 times over the next 5 minutes and the call couldn’t go through because my other call was still on their line. Finally got through and put on hold as soon as they picked up. My boyfriend just drove up there to get the food and when he got there I was STILL on hold. He placed our order got home and was missing all the fries. I called back, was immediately put on hold again before I could even say anything. My boyfriend drove back up there to get the fries. He got there and came back home and I was STILL on hold, 23 minutes later. He started to eat his wings that were ordered wet and there was so little sauce on them that some of them didn’t even have sauce fully covering them. We will definitely not be back to this place ever. Don’t waste your time or money. $50 down the drain.
