The place is small but who cares when the food and prices are good. The owner and her daughter are very nice and they try very hard to accommodate your order and they listen to what you want. I have not been disappointed. Highly recommend.

So not like the pictures portrayed online. My experience was started off bad when I had to settle for what they had at 12 noon. No baked chicken no plantains no this no that every response. So unfortunate. I ended up throwing what I ordered away, shame. I wouldn’t leave or give that to someone on the street!

I Uber eat my dinner and unfortunately they forgot to put my side empanadas. I contacted the restaurant and not long after someone who actually works for the restaurant came and hand-deliver my empanadas. If it wasn’t for my son who loves empanadas I would’ve left it alone but of course I had to contact the restaurant because that’s the only thing he would eat but I have nothing negative to say about this restaurant I have been going there for years now and they go beyond.

“I recently visited Mi Quisqueya for takeout breakfast and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The server who was serving my dish of Mangu (mashed plantains) was pinching off small portions due to the weight being off by a few ounces. To make matters worse, the server then smashed the small portions to the bottom of the plate. I found this behavior to be pity and unprofessional. Nonetheless, the mash was surrounded by water which should have given me good indication that something was off.

Pricey for the little amount of food I ordered, will only go back when I want to. $4 dollars for two small empanadas is crazy!
