It’s not very clean and is unorganized. Even the trash can is dirty. The boba we ordered was a medium and very slim cup. The flavor was ok, but not impressed. I won’t go back. Friendly staff.

Food was just okay it’s a cross the street from the hospital where I work so I figured it’d try it. I ordered the spicy basil chicken and the pork belly gau gee both were just okay. The chicken dish didn’t have any basil in it either and most of the peppers were burnt. Customer service on the other hand wasn’t great either both girls starred at me like they didn’t even noticed I was there. Don’t think I’ll be back

Girl with the belly button piercing who was making our drinks made us very uncomfortable, yelling about punching her coworkers and slamming what seemed to be drawers and cabinets in the back. When we came in, she was sitting with friends so it seemed like she was trying to look cool for whatever reason. Had an attitude with us the whole time. Not professional at all.

100% in love my first time here. They’re really friendly and have seriously delicious food and drinks. I got the hot house boba milk tea with stir-fry udon and my friend got teriyaki salmon bowl with the tigers blood drink. Awesome place to chill and eat ❤

10/10 BBQ chicken and rice. The Strawberry green tea w/boba 75% was great as well. They also had friendly staff as well. I would highly recommend this to someone looking for well done Asian Hawaiian food and great customer service.

Food is good. It doesn’t seem like they really are vesting in keeping customers in their restaurant. Hardly any seating area, the obvious NOT Hawaiiana vibe. Kids running the front area as if they’re there to socialize amongst themselves and not help the customers. The lau lau is small and dry. Order out the gau gee cake noodle and go. Stop trying the Hawaii fusion vibe, teach your front area staff proper work etiquette, and revamp your seating area

Accidentally ordered an extra katsu curry plate on Uber eats. Called to cancel one of them and they changed katsu curry to “out of stock” instead of refunding me so my entire order got cancelled. Tried to reorder it but guess what…out of stock. Told me to contact Uber eats bc they can’t recharge me but Uber eats has no customer service number or chat feature. So now it’s 10pm, I have no f*n dinner and a $60 hold on my card. Lovely. Thanks.
