Super friendly and charming staff. Stopped in one night for malts and the next for dinner and the conversation picked up where it left off. We walked in for malts 2 minutes before close and they happily served us.

The service was unfriendly.. Not sure if it’s because we’re brown people and they don’t like those with a year round tan.. the food was decent for can quality… I wouldn’t recommend this place to people of color since they appear to dislike them…

Wish we had read specific reviews before we went in. Burgers were bland and ingredients were sparse. There was hardly any taste. Fries weren’t special at all- no salt, no crisp. Chicken tenders would have tasted better if we had brought our own from Costco. Cook was was really kind, but the waitress was awkward and rude. We wanted to leave just due to her attitude and mannerisms. All in all, huge disappointment- wouldn’t recommend.

This is definitely just a very basic burger joint. The burgers themselves are huge. Very juicy, but still lacked flavor. They can definitely stand to season the beaf. The fry’s were terrible. No hint of salt. Not at all crispy. Down right saggy and bland. The potato salad was good, but reminiscent of what you can buy at Safeway. The clam chowder was way to runny and I swear all I can taste is pepper. So much pepper. So again it’s a very basic burger place, but there isn’t many options in Pacifica. Maybe with some competition they would try harder.

For starters the woman working had such a bad attitude and was just rude we asked for some napkins and she only handed us one single napkin and the food is outrageously priced and it took so long for just a kids food to come out. My Sister and I went there for lunch. She ordered the fries & a Strawberry Shake & I ordered The Fish & Chips. But ordered a salad in place of the chips. The Fish was excellent! Done just perfect!! I too ordered a Mocha Shake. And blue cheese dressing for my salad. It didn’t taste like anything like Blue cheese. The poor server was running it Solo. I mention that because my Sis & I were the only ones in there. Then she got slammed. Quite a few people came in and she had no back up. I felt bad for her. All & All, it was fair. ✌

Hole in the wall classic diner atmosphere. Classic chef burgers, handmade, and prepared. Loved the flavor. Something different about these burgers! Tasted wholesome and juicy. The bacon was crispy and seared to perfection.

Great food and a lovely vibe. Inside is a little cluttered, and it wasn’t immediately clear how we should get seated, but the wall decorations and old fashioned milk shakes more than make up for it. It is also well positioned to pre/procede a walk through the quarry, which has beautiful views.
