I went to this location last night. They did not have any pico de gallo, guacamole, or ice in the soda machine. Many of the tables hadn’t been cleared. I watched staff take breaks without clearing the garbage. I’ve been there 7-8 times previously and there’s often an issue with food, the soda machine not working, cleanliness, or staff not covering the food line. I’ve seen similar issues at the location on Steinway.

Unfortunately the Astoria, Ditmars location is not as great as other locations. The food didn’t look or taste fresh, it was sloppy, the guacamole was fully brown. It’s always a disappointment to eat from this particular location. I only gave them 4 stars for service because my online order was ready on time.

This location is absolutely awful. I paid for extra protein and asked for fajita veggies. I got one piece of grilled onion and they didn’t give guac. This location takes stinginess to the next level. Trust me, don’t buy from this location ever. Especially if youre ordering online

Screw this place. But mostly screw whomever made the decision to online only orders. Are they too cheap to hire people? You never know when they’re going to do switch to online only AND seamless jacks up the prices so it’s $4 more dollars to order from this place when they do this.

I went on Wednesday night to order and the place was understaffed, the beans didn’t look fresh (there was a film coating the top like it hadn’t been stirred in a while) and the counters looked messy. There was some confusion with the order of the guy ahead of me so it delayed service so myself and 2 other customers decided to leave. I really like Chipotle at other locations so I hope the Astoria one can work on improving service.

the chicken is undercooked and gummy it’s absolutely disgusting. i thought i didnt like chipotle because i tried it at this location the first time i ever had it. i got it again at a different location and it was incredible and well done! im disappointed this location is so bad. cook the chicken more!

We’ve ordered from this chipotle a lot because we live close, despite the slow service and mediocre food. The chips are 9/10 times stale, which is unacceptable. Most of the time the chicken and steak are also chewy, but this time, we also got a huge piece of plastic; complimentary with our meal. Disgusting.
