NEVER order from this place people.We placed our order at 6:48 pm on 01-08-2022 never called or texted about the order in question now the time was 8:10pm tried to call WAS PUT ON HOLD so we went there to see about the order. Got so many excuses for our order,First one “Nothing on their screen of our order”,Second one ,”Oh your order was on the screen BUT we had problems with our oven”, Third one “Your pizza was delivered five minutes ago,”. Did you not think we wouldn’t leave someone at the residence just in case the pizza was delivered? While talking on the phone the delivery person pulled up to the residence (about three minutes later)..HINT TO THE OWNER AND DOMINOS management and crew needs to be RETRAINED on how to make PIZZA’S fit for human consumption..

Will take a minimum of 2 hours to get your pizza if you ever get it at all. Drivers will not call if there is a problem, they just take your pizza back to the store and mark it delivered.

The pizza was undercooked and bland. The chicken wasn’t great and was vastly overpriced. It was $7.99 for what was essentially 8 chicken nuggets. Also, there was a chunk missing from the pizza crust when I opened the box.

7/18 – I ordered food for my family for delivery from Dominos at 29th and Wanamaker in Topeka I paid for the food and a tip online at the time of order. After about 30 minutes the tracker on the website indicated the order was delivered. I had not received it. I called the store and the person that answered said their system showed it had been delivered 10 minutes ago. I confirmed I did not receive it. He apologized and said they would remake it and send it out right away. At that time the website said delivery was running 30 minutes but I assumed I might get it asap given the circumstances. 30 minutes later I still had not received the order. I called back again and was told my call would be immediately transferred to a manager. The manager picked up and said ‘please hold’ and placed me on hold without me getting a single word in. I waited on hold for 8 minutes with still no sign of a delivery at my house, I hung up and left to pick up food elsewhere. Upon returning with our new dinner I found the dominoes had been delivered, very late, and cold. I waited about an hour to allow the rush time to slow before calling the Dominos store back. I spoke to the manager who never once offered an apology or explanation of what had happened. I simply wanted my money back. She said it would take 3-5 business days to receive my refund.
