I ordered a quarter cheese combo no ketchup no mustard. When i got my order it was wrong. I went back thru the drivethru and let the first window know my order was wrong. I handed her my receipt and the incorrect item. I was asked to pull up. I got my sandwich finally. What i didnt get was friendly or apologetic customer service. Customer service will make or break a business. A smile would have helped this situation . Maybe just im so sorry….

Driving home I went to this McDonald’s and ordered a Big Mac meal. The staff were friendly and quick to respond. As for the food, it was not quite what I expected. Yes, it was a delicious quarter pounder with cheese and french fries, but both were served piping hot. I think it’s the hottest fast fast food I’ve had in years. So I pulled into a parking space to enjoy.

This is the mcdonald’s I go to in the mornings , never had a problem until today. Not sure what the young lady name is who was working drive thru, but as I was ordering, she kept cutting me off, trying to rush the order, not letting me get the words out. I thought that was very rude, she didn’t say hello, no smile and I wasn’t going to leave a review until I received our food. The sandwiches were very hard and crunchy. I have never had a crunchy biscuit before and the sausage patty was rubbery and hard. I was so disappointed bc I have never had a bad experience at this location, but today was a real let down. Not sure if I will visit this location again
