Wish I could give more stars because I do really enjoy Dunkin coffee over Tims, but after consistently getting the wrong order/missing items/incorrect items/etc. it’s getting harder to waste my time and money here. If you place a mobile order including a donut there is a 99% chance you will not get that donut, especially if they are out of it. Instead of asking you if there is a different donut you want, they just don’t give you anything. Today I placed a mobile order and 3/5 items were wrong or missing and then the lobby was closed so we had to go back and wait through an 8 car drive thru to fix our order and they STILL gave us the wrong items. Extremely disappointing and frustrating when a coffee & donut shop can get neither the coffee nor the donuts correct.

Loved going there and enjoying a holiday latte with the family. It was the most comfortable Dunkin’ I have ever been in with mostly booths to sit and relax in. We stayed there for over an hour and saw many other patrons come with family to enjoy the treats in such a nice place. Staff was also nice.

West Seneca, NY location. Horrible. 14 minutes in the drive thru line. Bacon, egg and cheese bagel, medium coffee with cream and sugar. I got a croissant sandwich that smelled of cleaning fluid. I also got a coffee without sugar. It wasn’t the person who took the order, it was the kitchen. They didn’t give me thee wrong orders, stickers are correct. You cannot call the location, you just get an endless loop to the management company. Dunkin owes me $6.83.

The overweight female manager at this location is ill-mannered, uncivil, disrespectful and overall a nightmare to deal with. She was extremely rude to one of the employees at this location (right in front of customers) Thankfully, one of the employees gave me her first & last name, and I have since then reported her to corporate. She needs to be fired ASAP and go work in back office with her garbage attitude.

They didn’t make the donuts on the sign advertised. Then they didn’t have the jelly donuts with powdered sugar. Worst donuts I’ve ever had! They don’t make them like they used to. The server was rude upon check out. He didnt say a word! No thanks, no have a nice day. Done with Dunkin Donuts!

The only reason i gave it a 3 start is that there customer service is good some times. But I been coming here for a couple time and it a hit and missed.. They can’t do my coffee at all.. I take a 6 &6 hot coffee and i try different days and weeks to see if they can get it and every time they get it wrong… This is why I stay with Delaware and Hertel location, and i drive 20 miles every day to get great coffeee.. So.. That’s my opinion.. I order a bagel as well double toasted with a lot of butter and they gave me a uncooked bagel and little spread of butter… Yuppp …I just wish they was better.. Off to check out new location of Dunkin Donuts…
