This rating is all before ever ordering. Door says close at 10 pm, but a sign said hours had changed to 7pm. on Sundays. Typical of many places anymore. It is 6:30 ,one of the children working (yes, they were quite young) is stacking chairs, VERY loudly, instead of assisting the two people with the 5 of us and 3 others in line. Then, they came back, picked up gloves with the fingers to put in, without washing their hands to finally assist with food. The couple behind us walked out as they did this. If one of mine hadn’t already ordered food, we’d have walked out then. This is not typical of my Qdoba experiences, but I’m from out of town. I just hope those of our group that ordered food don’t get sick from it. I’ve held every food permit Nebraska requires, and I hate to see a restaurant run like this.

I love to get the rice bowl everytime we go there. This last time i was there was 4/27/23 the gentlemen that took my order was awsome and cared about the product he was selling! I still have hope in the community of grand island. You wont be dissapointed if you spend your hard earned money here!

Staff was friendly and place looked clean but the food is terrible. The steak seems like it’s been there for days. Over priced bowl of rice and beans with the bare minimum of toppings. Lesson learned I guess.

I understand the current staffing situation so I’m not going to be too rough. Placed an online order to be picked up at a specific time. Went to the location at that specific time and they continued to help people in line before working online orders. Waited over 45 minutes past scheduled pickup time. 3people working. And 1 of the three was only cleaning. Definitely quicker to go through the line instead of ordering online.

Ground beef has now changed to plant based ground beef. And they removed straws for a few months and recently they brought them back so I will give 1 start back. But the ground beef turning plant based in a full grown beef state… completely ridiculous. The Grand Island store should not put up with these kind of liberal ways.
