Fast, convenient, and pretty tasty. Nice range of banh mi sandwiches. Order at a kiosk then they bring the food to you, so pretty casual but still nice atmosphere. Saw some folks order the vermicelli bowls and they looked awesome too. Just beware the jalapeño gets really spicy!

Great food and great atmosphere! Got one of the rice bowls and the brown sugar cortado. The cortado was AMAZING. My friend and I sat in for almost an hour after we finished our meal, it’s a nice and peaceful place to meet with friends, read a book, or even work!

Very nice and clean place! Ample seating and super fresh food! I got a lot of salad and was absolutely stuffed! The pork belly was excellent and I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

No disappointments here. I liked the portions and the self order kiosk system made everything run really quickly and smoothly. The inside is nice, big windows so it’s a lot of bright natural light which is always nice. You get free green tea refills which is unheard of but very nice.

Delicious Vietnamese food right in Ballard! CrackleMi is an excellent and fast casual spot for filling and delicious grilled Vietnamese food. I have gotten their bowls and bahn mi as well as side soups and have yet to be disappointed. Soft but crunchy french bread, flavorful and fresh ingredients, spice that you can see right on the food, all adds up to a great meal. Fairly good bargain too as most sandwiches are less than $12 here, which means I usually splurge and get a side soup with it. Soups also rotate on the menu I believe so there’s something new each time I go. Atmosphere is pretty good, plenty of seating available with calm music and busy staff. There is a full bar inside but I’ve never seen it used or occupied. No table service and you order at a kiosk so not much to comment on as far as staff/service goes. Highly recommend for lunch out!

Nice food and good portion. Recommend Grilled pork sandwich/bowl! Btw, the order is done via a self-service machine and you can customize the meal. If you choose “Rice Only”, then it is rice only (see Grilled Short Rib pic).
