We recently hired Stone House Kitchen to cater the rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding. John and his crew were fantastic. For starters, we live in Washington State so communicating with a time difference could have been difficult, but John was very responsive and we were able to communicate easily all that we wanted and needed. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We really appreciate all of their hard work and effort to make our event wonderful and easy.

A wonderful restaurant with very good quality ingredients. My family and I went to have dinner here and we all love it! I had an avocado toast and blueberry smoothie with oat milk, which I really liked. They have a great variety of things to choose from as well, so if you want quality and variety, this is the go-to place!

I stopped for a late mini lunch/afternoon snack at Stone House Kitchen, today. The cold air-conditioning, spotless ladies restroom, clean dining room, attractive decor, soft music and attentive service made for a fantastic experience. I am shopping in downtown Nacogdoches alone this afternoon, and I feel totally comfortable sitting at a table by myself in Stone House Kitchen. There is parallel parking all along the streets, of downtown Nacogdoches. This area, with its old brick streets, is well-lit and clean. I enjoyed my iced brown sugar shaken espresso and a fresh, warm Heath pastry very much! Recommended!

I enjoyed a great three meat Italian sandwich with a salad for lunch today! The dressing was nothing short of amazing and the spinach, olives and cucumbers were fresh and refreshing! There is outdoor sitting and enough space inside for plenty. I did not try any dessert options because I stuffed myself but rest assured I will be back! If you are looking for a great lunch, dessert or coffee option, definitely try the Stone House Kitchen!!!

Very nice dining room. Cool location. Food is great. Extremely understaffed. Waited over 45 minutes for our coffee and longer for a quiche. A single employee was manning the front, making the coffee, bussing tables, bringing out food, and dealing with issues with customers’ orders. Very frustrating when the aesthetic and location get your hopes up, only to be let down by how slow and stressful the service is. This is no fault of the employees, but a poorly planned front of house. The dining room feels like an after thought.

Great biscuits and gravy and the spinach mushroom quiche was wonderful. It is a great hidden gem in the middle of Nacogdoches Brick Street district. A very intimate setting with old world atmosphere nestled in the big city of the piney woods.

It took me way too long to try this place out! Loved the food! My salad could have easily fed 2 people. Just don’t go on your lunch break. It took 40 minutes to get our 2 chef salads which caused us to have to get them to go in order to get back to work on time.
