While the burgers and shoestring fries are great, the most crucial thing to get here is the frozen custard. I tried their seasonal Frozen Hot Chocolate milkshake, and then came back a few days later to get it again. It is heaven in a cup. Also, the staff working there are friendly and helpful. The dining area was very clean, and the bathroom looked clean too. The one thing I’d like them to improve is their accessibility. The curb outside is not painted a different color, so it is extremely difficult for Low Vision folks to see. It’s a tripping hazard, and I wish they would fix that.

We just ordered a couple of steak burgers to go. The food tastes great and they’re always friendly ~but the prices are way too high compared to other places to get a hamburger and ice cream. I’m giving it four stars, only because their prices are always too high.

Inept leadership. Post it notes stating no tap, no swipe, chip only….and it wouldn’t work either. Before that associate poorly trained mistyped order wrong 6 times. Went to chick fil a with no problems on card or customer experience after this debacle. Really wanted to try this brand but will not go near this restaurant again.

Well the old saying of they screw you at the drive thru. I ordered 2 patty melts and 2 mini turtle sundaes. Got my food and they didn’t even make my sundaes, had to ask for them. Then wait for them to make them. When handed them to me they had caramel all over them, 1 was half full and had to ask for napkins to clean them off before I could set it the cup holder. Then I drive all the way home and open my patty melts and BAM! They are not patty melts. Never seen these burgers before. I spent $25 on $10 worth of food. This is unacceptable by any standard and I will take a seriously hard look at not returning to this location. This or similar instances and occurred before here. Just not worth the effort.

If you haven’t tasted the difference between a custard and and ice cream you should stop in and let Corbin tell you about the difference and experience it yourself. We really enjoyed our time with Grandma and the atmosphere was pleasant along with the cleanliness of the place. It felt similar to a steak and shake with better service.

Just seems like they can never get it right one day I was in line in the Drive-Thru for literally 30 minutes mind you this is during my lunch break with only two cars ahead of me then when I asked to add cheese they were literally just a few strands like come on people customers that are paying want to get their money’s worth so instead of worrying about making your customers happy they’re worried about saving money well hello isn’t everybody you still want what you pay for! I feel like my meal should have been free.. that would make up for the lousy customer service that’s for sure!

I love me a good steakburger and Freddy’s is usually the place to go. However the past few times I’ve been there I was dissatisfied. I’m not sure if I’m just coming at the wrong time a day or what. I get no seasoning on my fries because my daughter doesn’t like it. I specifically ask for fresh fries without seasoning. And that was nowhere near the case. The fries were burnt and had seasoning. For the price of the meals I just wish the workers could follow simple instructions.
