First time trying, everything looked great online. We went in and ordered and we’re told “soon”. Not only did we wait over 45 minutes for 1 pizza, fries and cheese sticks but the girls behind the counter were actually snickering and laughing at how long we’d been waiting. They kept pushing our order back for call ins and not once did they keep us up to date about the food or the wait time. I didn’t get the girl on landing’s name (she was in space bun pigtails and glasses) but the other girl’s name was Claire. If I had the option for 0 stars because I wouldn’t even give this place 1. Then the cheese sticks were soggy (but burned.?) and old. The fries were super dry with little to no cheese and probably the cheapest pepperoni’s I’ve ever had from an actual restaurant. It was like I took a frozen pizza from home and cooked it myself. Maybe we caught them on a bad day but the service itself was so bad we’ll never be back. Do better.

We come here every time we visit Mounds SRA or Whitewater while camping in the area. This is normally our last stop before leaving down because it is just that good. My wife and I love the cauliflower crust bbq chicken pizza. They also easily handle our large group when we come in, and for that, I am very grateful.

The pizza was really good, maybe a 6-1/2 out of 10. They were understaffed but they did a great job of taking care of everyone. A lot of kids showed up right after we ordered, probably about 15 between the ages of 3 and 10 so it was very loud

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the pizza was really good! The crust was light and fluffy which I don’t see very often, so it was a nice surprise. We also go pretzel sticks (delicious) and mozzarella sticks (still cold in the middle so meh).

From my experiences from dining at my local Big Boyz all i have learned is that the customer service is surprisingly slow and poorly managed. My server brought out dirty dishes to our table, took forever to get our drinks and food, and the server never checked on our table after taking our orders. Also, their “homemade ranch” is fake. It’s not homemade and usually bad. Do better Big Boyz!!

My wife tried over and over and never had any luck with this big boy’s Pizza..!! Save yourself a 50-60 dollar bill if you only have 3 people eating. Absolutely horrible service and management so rude and disrespectful, do yourself a favor and do not have anything delivered. Living in Brookville. We have very few options when it comes to delivery and I got to say this is probably the worst we have never had. Everything that we have ordered has never been edible or even close to being what you ordered.

Took us 20 min to get our drinks then she brought my salad without tomatoes said she was out she should I’ve said that before she brought it out I asked her for a fork she said all of our dishes are dirty so I ordered a Philly steak sandwich so did my husband with waffle fries my sandwich was burnt my waffle fries was raw My husband’s ok My two kids ordered a personal size pizza they were good we never got asked if we wanted refills on our drinks and the salad was full price even though it was only lettuce and onions wouldn’t recommend it the waitress never come back and checked on this or anything

The young lady that waited on US , Was really nice. But the food took an hour and they came after 1/2 hour . That they didn’t have BBQ Pork Sandwich and had to order something else . So I know they were busy and I understand that. But I seen 3 families walk out .. They didn’t want to wait..I Wish The Restaurant Well…I hope they Just had a bad night..
