This is a great place whether you are ordering takeout, or grabbing some late night food while you have a beer at Gruff pub out in the back courtyard. The fries and burgers are indeed, top-notch, and they are also very consistent. The guys who work there are very friendly, and I will continue to go back. Thanks for providing a great atmosphere, and a cool vibe with your awesome bus!

Honestly one of the worst hamburgers I’ve ever had, way over cooked (even the cheese was burnt) and extremely dry. Maybe it was just a one-off by someone who was doing the cooking. Fries were nicely seasoned though. (And the response from the owner to even comp the burger was super nice and appreciated! We will go back.)

To be honest… We’ve eaten here almost weekly for years… Almost our favorite restaurant. But it seems someone else bought the bus and are intent on running it into the ground. Prices seemed to rise, service declined, the hours are inconsistent, and food quality decreased. Although I do enjoy that jalapeños are an option to add now.

My partner and I have loved eating here for years, but our last experience was so disappointing it’s doubtful that we’ll be back. We learned that the business is under new ownership/management since we had last eaten there – we didn’t recognize either of the employees either – and the service “vibe” is completely different. Both employees we interacted with were so rude and unprofessional that my partner and I didn’t even end up eating our food because we lost our appetites. Gruff has been our favorite brewery because we’ve only ever experienced fun and positive energy there, but in our opinion the new management of the food truck has totally changed that for us.

Amazing burgers. Sadly don’t carry my wings anymore but that gave opportunity to try burger like I’ve wanted and it didn’t disappoint. I will definitely get again. I got the 1 with roasted red pepper & goat cheese plus good fries. Add that to tranquil environment at gruff outdoors around fire place… 1 of my favorite places to go & relax & unwind.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Had a burger with blue cheese, pastrami bacon and mushrooms. Everything including the bun was excellent. The fries were consistent and cooked well. The oil used for cooking was seemingly clean and fresh. The dipping aioli was delicious. Definitely recommend and will certainly be coming back. The outdoor sitting area at Gruff brewing (where the bus is) is also simply fantastic. Plenty of seating options, outdoor fire pits, cornhole setup. Don’t hesitate, go here when you can.

I am really impressed with the quality and quantity! All three of the dishes we ordered were fantastic!! We got the wings, hummus plate and the grumpy tikki grilled cheese! I ordered via a delivery service and super appreciated how everything was wrapped in foil, my food was still hot! And I appreciated how it was sorted – the small details really set them over the top! I highly recommend and will certainly make Brothers Bus Bistro a regular go-to spot. 🙂
