This restaurant is in the plaza on the north side of Huntington (mountain side of the street). It’s on the side closest to the Quality Inn (just east of Target toward the Buena Vista traffic light). I had the Santa Barbara with sweet potato fries. It was “I will be back again” delicious. The restaurant is very clean. The service was welcoming. There is plenty of parking. The portions are satisfying and prices are competitive.

Was in town from Arizona for the InnerCity cactus and succulent show. Our hotel was nearby this location so we stop by for dinner one night, It was our first time at any location for Habit Burger Grill. For a fast casual place, food was above average. Really enjoyed the fried green beans as an alternative to fries. We also got the sweet fries which were very good. My burger was juicy and delicious and my wife’s chicken sandwich was also very good. The first time I had Habit Burgers (or “Portobello Charburger with avocado and bacon”) was here at this restaurant. I gotta say… pretty fantastic burger. Yeah, you have other burger options but Habit is pretty damn good for a comparable price. This specific restaurant has great staff and you can tell they care about what they give you. If you go to another burger place and look at what they give you versus what they look like on the menu… not even close. I specifically took a pick of my food because it looks just like advertised… I mean that’s what it is about right. If you’re looking for a great burger meal, albeit fast food, check these folks out. It was down right delicious and I felt like I got what I paid for… unlike others you might go to. To top it off, clean, pleasant atmosphere with music playing in the background and not noisy at all. I could have a conversation. Weird. This is my second time here and they nailed it again. Good job. Whenever I’m in the area and need to eat… this is the place. Thanks.

Ordered veggie burger here with some changes, they followed it without any issue and prepared the order on time. This location has big indoor seating area and outdoor seating area has heating on the top for colder days. They like to checkout in between if everything is okay or need something. Food stations were clean despite the rush hours crowd.

To be honest the food at the Habit is great, but this particular day I went in with my kids and wife to have a late lunch. The food this day was just bad not because it wasn’t good but because of the service I received by not a manager or lead but a measly little grunt wearing a black shirt. Who honestly had the worse look and attitude . She was standing around not doing anything, I asked for her to hand me a rag to clean the table I was currently going to occupy and she redirected me tot he cashier. Who’s job is to be on the cash drawer taking orders . I think the job at the habit might be to hard for her. She might need to reconsider her career choice. Total loser.

Very poor customer service here the girl I.D. #3 that took my order was very annoyed that I could not read the menu because I had left my glasses in the car. I asked her to read it for me. She had no compassion seeing that I was elderly and it was raining and I didn’t want to go back out to the car to get it. In addition the food was greasy and tasteless. I’ve been in here before and it was the same treatment she’s rude and the employees are just not interested and catering to the customer I won’t be back. Don’t come in here it’s awful.
