Delivery is horrible, either you get half of the order or none. When you try calling the store no one picks up after many tries or they hang up. Online you can’t get a hold of the company either to ask for your money back and when you put in a complaint no one from corporate calls you back. Every time I order something to be delivered something goes wrong. And when you order something online to go pick it up there is always a problem with the website. I was charged for 2 orders, than the staff tells you we have problems with the website and there is nothing we can do, you have to do the complain online. Of course there is not a number online to get a hold of anyone!!!. So annoying. No wonder is running out of business

This place is one of my kids favorite places to eat! They love the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and I’m partial to the Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese. But they have noodle dishes of all kinds. They also have soups, salads, sharable appetizers and a small selection of desserts. Inside is usually clean and it can get busy in a hurry, but we have never had a hard time finding a table.

The food And service is pretty good. I’m just annoyed that I have to pay extra for “extra veggies” when it’s really the amount they should normally give. Every time without fail I get a very minimal amount veggies if I don’t ask. Otherwise the dishes are yummy and the gluten free noodles are A+

I really like Noodles and Company and always find something here my whole family likes. I have one issue at this facility in particular, they always burn/overcook the tofu. It’s too difficult to eat this way and just ruins the food. No other Noodles & Co does this. I’ll try it one more time and if it still happens, I’ll just stop going to this franchise in particular.
