Very nice location but our drinks were watered down and the drive thru worker kept asking, “Anything else?” After every order. The Nashville tenders were literally put into the container and drizzles with sauce. And the fries were missing from the combo. And had the dining room been open like every other location we would have been able to get these things fixed but we were unwilling to wait in the line behind TEN CARS AGAIN!

There was no other customers when we arrived but there was a 4 minute wait for some of the chicken we wanted. We pulled around and waited for over 10 minutes, then when we walked back to the window to ask about our order, we were told it just came up. When we got home we were missing our 2 large sides. We tried to call the store but got no answer from multiple attempts.

Had the Pancake platter and must say I was thoroughly impressed with the breakfast from a KFC chicken restaurant! There was no pre-packaged microwave pancakes but instead from an actual grill, that the batter is cooked on. The eggs were made to order along with the sausage.

I cannot understand why people can take your order and still get it wrong. The girl repeated my order over the speaker phone but I got home with the wrong food. They just don’t care! I will always check my order from now on! I just don’t understand, it had to be intentional! I guess they didn’t like me for what? My race?

Chicken littles are gold. $5 fill ups are the best thing to happen since the discovery of those 11 herbs and spices. I just LOVE there tasty chicken. It took a little longer than usual, but they made up for it in cleanliness and friendliness. Go by and get you a 2 piece.

First time I’ve been in 10 years because of terrible service. I order a 2-piece white meat and get home and find a leg and thigh which appeared to be several hours old. Better check your order at the window. I won’t be back again.
