This is a very ordinary Chinese restaurant. The standard fare you know and love. What makes this restaurant a five star place isn’t fancy dishes, or expensive decor, or avant garde offerings, it’s the people. My mom and dad have been coming to George’s on date night for years. They have always served and cared for them like family. Recently, we lost my mom and George’s staff was so kind to our family when we went in for lunch. I really appreciate them

Gave 2 cause the waitress was sweet through the whole ordeal…But they where training a guy with a hooded jacket on in the back..he was talking directly over my food along with 2 others all three were pow wowing over my food..then the hooded kid rips his hood off as he is still hovering over my food…and the picture is the result of that I take it back and 1 of the guys in the back get an attitude cause I didn’t want hair in my food or spit from 3 different people on it…oh well

The first time that I came here it was really busy, and we didn’t get any service. After hearing multiple people tell me that it was their favorite restaurant in all of Yakima, I decided to try again. This time we were welcomed right in, got seats, menus and drinks quickly, and the service was great! I ordered a house appetizer and one of the combination dinners. The portion size is good, and the food is delicious! I am willing to come back soon.

Won’t be back again—worst Chinese food. Took one bite of almond chicken and didn’t finish the rest. Fried rice? Awful. Heavily breaded, deep-fried food with disgusting orange/red sauce.
