This was the second time I have eaten at this location. I have normally gone to the Chipotle at Kellogg & Rock (never any issues there whatsoever). Recently, I changed jobs, so I figured I’d give the nearest Chipotle a shot. Both times I have been to this location, they have given me half the food I would normally get at the Rock & Kellogg Location. I got a bowl and it’s half full. The gentlemen taking my payment seemed to be more excited about getting off work than assisting me. To the extent I bagged my own food. I’ll spend the extra gas money & time to go to Rock & Kellogg from here on out.

I placed an order through the app. A steak bowl without beans. My bowl had 4 pieces of chicken, no steak and black beans. It was also swimming in sour cream. This store definitely needs additional training.

Dirty dirty dirty. Trash overflowing. Tables needing wiped off. Food all over the floor. Dirty prep area. Based on the reviews, this location needs a serious intervention from corporate and retraining.

The rice was uncooked and I pointed out to a manger. She just walked away and tried rice. No apology or anything. The guy who was serving said they will remake it. They remade my order, I watched how they remade the rice, put it for 1 minute and added some water. I thought it would be cooked, but no it was uncooked again. I just didn’t say anything and threw the food away, waste of money. Tables were filthy, there were at least 5 employees working and it wasn’t busy. Bad food, bad customer service.

I placed an order online based on proximity and didn’t check the reviews until after it was done and was really worried. However it all turned out great and we’ll definitely be back! The order was ready on time, the place was busy and clean. The orders were right with the correct amount of food. A totally normal and great Chipotle experience!

Customer service was okay. I love chipotle, but I won’t go to this location again. My mom and I went to this specific location because it was close. There was no one in line and no one inside but employees. The tables were dirty, dirty, dirty and Food on the floor. There was ATLEAST 5 employees to where they had the time to wipe down tables. I overheard other customers come in later and talk about the filthy environment, including the bathroom. It needs some serious work if they want to keep that location open and people going there for food.

I can’t recall a time where we’ve experienced worse customer service than from this Chipotle. From my worker not speaking at an audible level then acting like I was an idiot when I would ask him to repeat what he said, to the other worker rudely cutting in front of and across him to prepare online orders, to the rude cashier, the whole experience was horrible. There was trash everywhere as well. The food was a definite alright at best. The Al Pastor chicken was full of so much gristle it was hard to eat. This was my first time in a Chipotle (there are no locations within an hour of where we live) and I highly doubt I will ever try another one. If I could give zero stars I would.

They ran out of of rice by the time we got to the front of the line. It happens sometimes and that’s totally understandable, but it’s not appropriate to get angry at customers when they ask how long it will be before the next batch will be made. We would’ve waited however many minutes for the next batch, but not how we were treated by the staff. We left without purchasing anything.
