Horrible service. Ordered curbside and waited 20 minutes before going in. Waited another 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Employee of in the back named Ariel was extremely rude and aggressive, used fowl language when talking to her coworkers and promptly told them that curbside is “dumb” if she has to walk outside.

Absolutely terrible! This was our first and last time at this location. We went in to dine and it was a very filthy restaurant. One newly trained employee was working the register and everyone else just standing around. He got my order wrong and he asked for assistance in fixing the receipt and giving me a refund. A younger employee said just give her the bigger size and could not seem to correct it either. I did not want the bigger size and just finally gave up getting a refund. I felt sorry for the trainee and was amazed that there were about 6 other employees just standing around. They seemed to think it was amusing to see the trainee struggle and my eventual frustration. I would not suggest anyone eat at this dirty place and with the poorest customer service I have ever seen. The place had no business other than us and it is no wonder.

This is one of the worst Wendy’s in my area. I ordered a biggie bag with a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. This was my burger! I received a half of a cup of cold fries and a burger minus bacon that had sat around for who knows how long. Nice job!

The WORST Wendy’s in my area! Went there at 8 pm with only 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and waited 30+ mins! Finally got my food and it was COLD. Never even got my recipet. Couldn’t help but notice that I just heard the cooks in the back just talking and standing around, this is probably why it took 30+ mins for 3 cars. Saw 4-5 cars behind me leave because there was no progress being made. I will NEVER go here again. I’ll drive 15+ mins to a different Wendy’s! DON’T COME HERE!

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been too. Their staff is extremely rude. There’s a white male that works the window that has a speech impediment that is extremely impatient, rude and ignorant. He will rush you with your order and keep trying to push you out of the drive thru and won’t let you get in a word or complete your order without saying “ that it? What you want? That it, that it” ridiculous. I told him about his behavior and he went on his long lispy rant. I didn’t even get to eat my food bc I was afraid he’d had done something to it.
