I have an amazing experience every time I stop in to my local Starbucks. I’m assuming Megan is the manager because she has turned the place around. It’s obvious she takes great pride in doing her job. Her knowledge and customer service are unmatched.

This Starbucks location has been recently renovated. It looks nice however they have new employees and they don’t even know how many espresso shots go into the different sizes. A few weeks ago I basically got hot milk instead of a latte. Today I got a hot cup of foam. Both of these drinks were ventis. Not going back anytime soon.

This store is convenient and all but its often closed for some inexplicable reasons, and that too sometime right in the morning around 9 tor 10 AM. May be they are short on staffed or something else.

Went to Starbucks to work for a little and to get some tea. It was closed on a Tuesday at 12:20. There was a sign stating they will be back at 12:50. Closed in the middle of the day is not ideal.
