Made the mistake of eating in the lobby. Me and my grandmother attended this place and in the past its been quite well kept but (pardon my language) has gone to hell the last few years. Disgusting big black flies everywhere, flying on our burgers, our fries, trying to climb in our soda straws. The employees were chanting or yelling across the kitchen at the top of their lungs together the whole time. They forgot to give me my milkshake, and i had to walk up to get it. When i did, i saw the kitchen floor covered in buns, onion rings, fries, and other miscellaneous foodstuffs. We had to take our meal to go half way through because of all the flies, the loudness of the employees, and the overall bad hygiene of the restaurant with the sticky tables and floors covered in muck and crumbs. Surely go to the one on 10th, don’t bother with this one if you aren’t going through the drive-thru.

So I order a combo meal and had delivered. All was looking good except they didn’t include my fries in the combo. I called them and told them about this and they were only willing to refund my fries but I told them I wanted a refund for the entire meal since it was a combo not just a side item they said they couldn’t refund my entire meal and they offered me a $5 off coupon. This is unacceptable and poor service. Do not order from burger king. Unless you want to waste your money and not get what you paid for.

If I could do zero stars I would. Got their at 6… took 5 minutes to acknowledge I was at the order kiosk… pulled up to window… asked us to pull up to wait for food. 20 MINUTES… 2 people walked into lobby and got food & left in that time. We ordered 2 burgers & nuggets. That was it. The guy finally brought it out, didn’t apologize and reached in the bag , the food wasn’t even hot, barely warm ….. disgusting customer service

This is probably the worst BK I’ve been to. I’m led to believe only 2 people are on shift because it took OVER an hour to get my food. When I pulled up to the order speaker, I was told, “I’ll be back in a while.” The order behind me was brought out before mine. At 6 p.m., there’s literally no one here, and it still has taken this long to get my order.

When I arrived, the lights in the Drive-Thru and inside were all off!!! It was so strange they were taking stuff out of other people’s orders to fill other people’s orders. When I went in to fill an order they stopped taking orders completely, for all the people in the long line of drive-thru. Would not recommend anyone going there!!

Disgusting dirty, no soap in the bathroom. How is anyone who works here washing their hands? Asked for it to be refilled and they acted like they would get to it later.

A must have is the Texas Double Whopper with Cheese. A great tasting burger that is sure to full you up. The onion rings were a nice side for this type of burger. Hint: If you aren’t a fan of jalapeños, keep them on until ready to eat. Take them.off then for a slight hint of heat without the burn.
