We have used this mazzios for a while being from this area and we can say this is not a good place to eat. They have messed up our order so many times and it’s a nightmare to fix. The pizza is not good and the crust is paper thin. Today we ordered hand tossed pizzas and got super thin crust and we found what was like little rocks in a piece of pizza. Multiple times we have had to take wings back because they aren’t made right with like no sauce on them. Reccomend you go elsewhere for pizza.

This place is bad beyond belief. I have ordered take out here more than a few times. They can’t find their butt with both hands. If the order is even close to right its way late. Tonight I ordered a sandwich and a street pizza. The pizza was under done and doughy. The “toasted” sandwich was way soggy and cold. I live less than five minutes from the store. I am normally pretty ok with things but this is beyond my tolerance. I am done and out.

so bad, me and my boyfriend went here and the service was terrible. the cashier gave us the “wait” finger, and told us it was taking so long because he was “tired.” literal pieces of a fallen ceiling tile in a booth… fans had so much dust on them and it was directly over our heads! nasty! floors hadn’t been swept throughout the day at all, pizza crusts EVERYWHERE. a pretty gross place to eat, we tried to use a coupon, and had to stand at the register for 10 minutes before we could begin to think about eating, after paying and getting our drinks, we realize there were hardly any clean tables. there were only a few parties seated, but the remainder of the tables were cluttered with plates and cups, that looked like they’d been sitting there for hours. watched a party of seniors sit at a corner booth with debris at their backs. sad to see! this place could be great, but there’s no atmosphere, nothing playing on the tv’s, no music, only a cashier yelling “i hope you fall!” loudly enough that the entire restaurant stopped eating and turned to look at the kitchen. came in for a friday buffet lunch, and left extremely unsatisfied. won’t ever eat here again.

Filthy. Cheese dippers and a calzone took 40 minutes. Dirty tables with dishes sitting for an hour+. Line of customers being ignored. Salad bar was empty and lights not working so you couldn’t even see what little scraps were on the bar. Beets tasted like a chemical. Everything is grimy feeling. Workers without gloves handling their phone then handling cooked food and salad bar items. Don’t risk your health go done where else and get better food faster. What a disgrace.

To say the least I am absolutely disgusted and in disbelief with the way this place treats people. I have worked not only in many customer service/ restaurant work environments, but also law enforcement situations. My boyfriend and I decided to try italian food here and thought this place looked alright. We get in and the woman taking our order was clearly on something, I’m no stranger to what all different types of drugs cause you to look, and act like. Her eyes were heavy, the jaw movements, the pausing and sloth-like movements and expressions. It took about 15-20 mins to order a pizza and wings because of how out of her mind she was. We sat down and looked around to see a floor/tables that haven’t been cleaned in a hot minute. The woman brought out a pizza and wings that were completely wrong. We let her know and she continued with those slow movements and expressions. She went to the kitchen to see something, then took it to another couple who were irritated at that point too because it wasn’t their order either. We decided with how many things seemed off it would be best to just ask for a refund and leave. The woman who took our order tried to come and bring us wings and my boyfriend said “can I just please speak with the manager” 2nd time btw. The manager then flipped the whole situation onto us, she said “do y’all know how disrespectful you are?” “Impatient kids” “You shouldn’t judge”. Pretended like she couldn’t find our receipt that we could see. Lectured us making us look like disrespectful kids. That’s not who we are. I am appalled and still shaking in anger from the absolute joke of a repulsive staff this restaurant has.

So my original post was one star because this was literally the worst Mazzio’s I’v ever been to so we finally stopped going. Well my daughter wanted the bread sticks so we decided to call in a order and have it delivered from a local delivery company and i gotta say I’m impressed. Idk if it’s new management or what but the pizza was actually good and not sloppy like it used to be and was ready when it was supposed to be. Hopefully they got it all together now so I’ll increase my one star to four stars.

I waited for my food in the drive though for about 10 minutes and when I got home and opened the boxes it was the wrong order. The drive though lady was nice and super determined to get you to fill out the survey so she could make more money but failed to check and make sure I got the right food.

Came in here for Friday lunch buffet on 1/27 to use a coupon.Terribly understaffed, not sure if that’s the issue or the blonde male cashier/cook who barely made eye contact our whole transaction and made me pretty much beg to use my Mazzio’s coupon, which didn’t even work in the system. Gave us the “wait” finger instead of asking us for our patience. Said he was “tired” even though we came in at 1 pm. No food on the line, or plates to eat it, no straws, pieces of the literal ceiling on the booth seats. Old food and plates on all the tables. Food when they brought it out after 5 minutes was below average. Everyone in the store ready to eat at the buffet today was disappointed with severel walking right out. Please do something to fix this location for your own good!
