I’ve known about this place for a year. Today was my first time coming into this restaurant. (8-5-23) What have I been waiting for?? OMG… Passed Webb Ginn, Chilli’s, Long Horn…etc.. It was GOOOOOOOOD! I always set the bar low on a new place. Bar was set at (1). They hit 5 stars on the first swing. Here’s the stats. Bathroom – 5. Front line workers – 5. Restaurant cleanliness – 4. Look of the food – 5. Taste of the food – 5. Value for the money – 5. I left and wanted to turn around and go back in!! Very impressive. Plus they give you a free cookie at the end. I had the original chicken salad on a croissant with bacon and a side of broccoli salad. I will be back and suggest you give this one a try!

Great place for lunch! OMG! Great chicken salad! We had the classic carol and the fancy Nancy.. both incredible. Chicken poblano soup was amazing! I would go here any chance you get. Restroom was clean, dining area clean with cute tablecloths.

First time eating at Chicken Salad Chick and it was great. They have a wide selection of artisan chicken salads. I got the trio platter that could easily feed two people or be 2 meals. Staff was friendly, store was super clean, food was fresh. This place checks all the boxes!

Went between 1-2ish and the cashier was so friendly! I loved Chicken Salad Chick from the first time I had it, but I just don’t live ‘close’ to any of their locations. I was actually about to go to a different restaurant and when I saw them by chance.. I had to stop and eat here instead! As expected, the food was delicious and we didn’t have to wait too long. I feel like you get a good amount of food for a good price. Especially if you’re trying to eat somewhat healthy, which can get pricey. Anyway, not sure when I’ll be in that area again but I’d definitely come back to eat again if I can! Oh and the cookies are so yummy!

I am writing this place at three stars because my customer service experience was not pleasant. I feel like I was being judged since the moment I walked in because I am of color. I saw other people that were from the same race walk in and were treated completely different than I was. I asked if they could generate an online code that was five dollars off an order and they told me no because it was online only however for the person behind me Who had the same code was told that it could be generated. I decided not to even talk to the assistant manager because she was the one that told me that my code was not valid in store and only online. I wish things were different but unfortunately I will probably not be coming back here. Don’t get me wrong the food is good but I don’t think it’s something I would do again.

If you’re are African-American don’t let your child work at this establishment. The racism is on the lines of crackle Barrel mistreatment of Black people in their restaurants! They will have the black kids doing the Hardest jobs my daughter was forced to hand wash dishes for 4 hours straight alone after two white girls was able to leave and go home without doing any cleaning duties to leave my daughter and two other black girls to do the deep cleaning of the store as the white female manager, watch them work and bark orders sitting there complaining the whole time like a true Karen! My daughter was scheduled to leave at 9 PM Mind you the store close at 8pm she end up leaving and clocking out around 9:50 only because she quit the manager didn’t even help them as a manager should I would never ask anybody to do something I’m not willing to to myself my daughter was a new hire being there less then two weeks so you would think the managers would be kind to them but you can’t hide the hate for long true racists always show their true colors ! These our school age children that has school the next morning my daughter is in dual enrollment meaning she’s also taking college classes so she don’t have to work a low-grade job like chicken salad chick for a living! They have no black mangers not one they need sensitivity training as well. My daughter said one of the white male managers chewed her out about a pickle being on the wrong side of the meal smh to all my African-American parents don’t allow your children to work in this very abusive toxic environment it would be detrimental for their mental health. I will be looking into filing a complaint against them with EEO in 2023 not much has changed sadly! Don’t eat there either Go home to Chick-fil-A, Zaxby’s or a Mom and Pop black owned!
