Being from the Midwest I’ve been to a ton of Casey’s and this one had a distinct difference, the staff. Each visit they were friendly and welcoming. Even making sure we knew where the ice was since it was tucked away on the side of the building. Keep up the good work as it’s noticed.

One of the managers is rude, hateful and aggressive. Her customer service skills are pathetic. I’m not sure what her problem is but I’m not changing my routine because or her combative attitude. I will continue to shop there but I’m also going to start speaking to her the way she speaks to me. This could get interesting. Stay tuned ..

Really they shouldn’t even get 1 star. The cashier was very rude. They was having problems with the registers. So customers that they knew they let those people leave the store without paying. But if they didn’t know you, you was told no and they lost sales and customers. Very rude and no way to run a company

I have been incredibly disappointed by my last 8 visits to this particular Casey’s store… I usual get a slice of pepperoni pizza from Casey’s at other locations and it’s always fresh. I gave Rockville the benefit of the doubt the first few times when they were either out or it was clearly dry and stale.. but I have noticed even if I leave and come back an hour+ later it’s the same pizza still sitting there because no one in there right mind would want to buy it. I fail to understand how the employees don’t notice or care to change out the product regularly… after experiencing this for the 8th visit I will not be back to this location.

The Casey’s General store in Rockville is by far one of the best stores in the chain. I’ve been an over the road trucker for the last 12 years and have been to every state in the continental U.S. a half dozen times, so it’s safe to say I’ve ordered my fair share of Casey’s pizza. The delivery drivers in particular are some of the fastest dudes around , and I am very thankful places like this still exist. 5/5
