Good customer service. On 5/26/2023 they were not letting anyone on the inside and that was an inconvenience. They do have drive through available. Known for affordable pizza and wings. Plenty of parking.

Ordered a regular pizza with one topping, and one pepperoni pizza. Wasn’t very busy but I didn’t mind waiting longer than normal. Several mins before my one topping pizza was done, (over 20 mins later) I noticed I one of the three hot and ready pizzas in the warmer was gone. Yep, they passed off one of the most unappetizing take out pizzas I have ever ordered with my fresh one. It was rubbery and not even cut, not a single cut when I flipped it over. I was able to hold the pizza and wave it over the box sideways with only two crusty pieces of pepperoni falling off. The cheese stayed in place. Gross!! The fresh pizza looked perfect, because I like them lighter but over half was not cooked and actually extremely doughy, almost raw. It turned out great when I put it my over to finish cooking.

Just pulled up to a locked door at 9:25. Went to the drive thru and watched a guy walk by twice without even looking over. Blew my horn to get his attention just to ask if they were closed or not, and the other guy who came to the window wouldn’t even let me get my question out. Just said ‘I heard you pull up’. When I tried to ask again, he cut me off AGAIN and said ‘I heard you pull up’ and told me to hold on. No thanks. You’re not fixing my food with that attitude. EXTREMELY RUDE!!

Go to get a hot and ready and you got to wait 10 to 15 mins with no line . The music is so loud that the person taking your order cant even here you . This place has really falling off. Seems like there manager would do something about it . Don’t see them being in business much longer with the crew they have.

Customer Service is really big to me especially nowadays with everything going on. It’s so simple if a person doesn’t like their job…DO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO REMOVE YOURSELF!!! Giving off horrible service just because you’re swamped isn’t the consumer’s problem. After standing even waiting to be greeted upon walking in for about 10 minutes someone’s auntie finally comes to the counter. Instead of apologizing for the wait, she basically shuts down the store and announces that she’s not taking anymore orders. Even though it’s Little Caesar’s can you please show that you have some type of professionalism! Please & Thank You!
