Went in for KFC. Was told there was no chicken cook. Ended up ordering Taco Bell because I needed to eat. Employee was kind and apologetic. Taco Bell in general, really seems to be picking up their game food wise. Don’t eat there a lot, but lately the food has been fresh and well prepared, not slopped together like it used to be.

Okay, first of all where does this chicken come from Texas? They must’ve chased it all the way there and back because that was the toughest piece of breast ever, ditched it..and the wing was dried up and also overcooked! One wasted meal so never again. I’m okay with their pot pies as I’m sure they’re brought in and just baked…now I’m getting ready to cook my own meal! Wasted $$$$$$$$$

I was very disappointed, they dont close till 10 today and the lady taking our order was very rude and said there was no more chicken? Its a Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. Our fries were cold and the chicken was soggy and cold as well,I will not be going back.

March 5th approximately 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. went to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Chestertown stood in line for 10 minutes and there was a child helping out behind the kitchen the child was probably 13 or under we were not acknowledged and we left this is been the case numerous times in reference to very very slow service for the past 2 years

Hours say they open at 7 but they don’t open till 11. Owner doesn’t seem to care since the listed hours have been incorrect for months. On top of all that the chicken is dry, tenders and nuggets are mostly bread. Don’t expect any actual chicken in your famous bowl.

Not the cleanest place. Most of the workers are friendly enough. As a customer, there are massive hygiene and personal cleanliness concerns. The lady walked away from cleaning the dirty, nasty bathroom door and attempted to prepare my order WITHOUT washing her hands. I quickly checked that and someone else fixed my food.

This place needs a make over. The staff try hard (mostly) but I think the antiquated layout and old fixtures slow them down. Unless you order fries as your side item the other options will be served dried out and under temp. Last time I was there the cold slaw was warm to the touch. Asked about it and they said that was the best they could do. What? The Taco Bell options here are no better. I pass this place by as much as I can.
