I have ordered from this Dunkin before and I usually never have any issues. I ordered a bagel toasted dark with veggie cream cheese. I ordered it on the app and it was ready to go when I got there which was fine. I get home and try to take a bite of my bagel and it’s rock hard. I felt like I was biting into a lollipop or a jolly rancher candy. I don’t have this problem at any other Dunkin I’ve been to. I don’t know if the bagel was stale or if their oven is on steroids but I legit can’t bite into it.

0 stars. Did not participate in a national Dunkin promotion for free medium coffee on Nurses Day 5/6. Presented a nurse badge too. The manager in charge was absolutely clueless about the promotion and when I showed the article he just shrugged. He called decided to call the owner (we didn’t ask him) and then a minute later told us plainly “no we are not participating”. Umm okay? I go to DD all the time before work as a nurse but DD you really let me down today. We went to another DD that gladly gave us our medium coffee.

When employees are using cleaning equipment or mopping floors, they should never stop what they’re doing and just grab donuts for the customer with the same gloves they are wearing without washing hands and changing gloves. An employee did just that and was serving customers with the same gloves, they didn’t even use the wax paper to handle the donuts. With all we know today about disease and bacteria…this is unacceptable!

Went here today and it was dead inside. Looks like the new coffee shop down the block has taken away a lot of this location’s business. Not shocking that people went to new location considering this place always was the slowest service you could ever imagine. Maybe the owner of this location will change how he operates but it looks like its alittle to late for that unless new location doesn’t make it.

My two biggest issues with any Dunkin’ Donuts, 1. The do not fill the donuts. I mean any filling donut has barely any filling. Do you think you could use a little more filling? 2 . They always are out of everything? What happened to time yo make the donuts? Hello you would sell more if you kept your inventory stocked.
