The food was the pretzel crust pizza… Always great. The service was seriously lacking (I ordered two pizzas, one pretzel stuffed crust and one plain pretzel crust) I entered my order on the app (from inside the store) I accidentally put through the order with pepperoni on the wrong pizza. I ordered lunch special pepperoni. Not a hard order. Well they messed it up . Gave me bread sticks no pizza. Worst part was I realized while I was driving my tractor trailer down i90 heading to NJ. I called them knowing nothing can happen at this time. Girl on the other end said I either need to bring it in so she can see what I got or I can just eat it. I said thanks for great customer service and hung up.

They were closing so would not make a speciality pizza, didn’t know that a thin crust pepperoni was a specialty pizza LoL but as an over the road driver that was hella disappointing. Had to take what they had which wasn’t terrible but wasn’t good either

It’s hard to rate little caesars. The pizza isn’t that great (though the deep dish is by far their best) but it’s great value and very fast. While the pizza isn’t great, it’s still pizza and even meh pizza is better than most other foods. I find myself going g back more than I care to admit because of the value and the quickness. Pass on the regular pizza, get the deep dish, don’t expect too much and you may be very happy!?

I give it 5 stars because you can’t beat Little Caesars pizza for the price. It surprises me that pizza from a chain restaurant can taste so good. The location and atmosphere of the restaurant on Chili Ave is not the best but the pizza is consistently hot and tasty. I don’t recommend going to this location after dark.

I love Little Caesars I wish there was one in Henrietta. The 1 in Chili, not so much 2 times we went there and 2 orders got messed up. 1st time it forgot to give us our liter of pop. 2nd time they gave us bread sticks instead of chicken wings. Can’t get a hold of the store they don’t answer the phone. Not real happy with them
