I love KFC, the staff on the other hand NEEDS a lesson in customer service. I order the 12 pc family meal, was told “it can only be done half original & half crispy (no where on the menu does it state this). Then expecting to pick my 3 lrg sides (again no where on the menu does it state to have specific sides) was told comes with 2 mashed potatoes & 1 Cole slaw. & as far as “fresh” food looks as though it’s been sitting past its allotted time.

Ordered through the app….drove 15 minutes and was told it’ll take 14 minutes. No problem. 3 people come in after me and ordered and got their food before me, two cars through the drive thru before me. What the..? This location is terrible. Spend your money elsewhere.

I’ve been coming to this area for years and last night was a sad disappointment. Wings instead of drumsticks which I asked for with the thighs and skin was undercooked or none at all. Poorly prepared. Wasn’t sure if I should even call back as I didn’t want to waste time. Most of chicken thrown away…that bad.

I love this KFC. Great staff and fresh food. Will have to compete with drivers for parking. My favorite dishes are the Nashville Tenders, Crispy Colonial Sandwich, Mac n Cheese, Coleslaw, Sweet Potato fries, fries, and chicken.

This KFC is better than the one in Elk Grove off Laguna. Food was not over oily and biscuits were fresh. Service was nice. We did drive thru around 730pm on a Monday. Not very busy around that time. Good experience.

It’s frustrating to go there more than a half hour till closing, and there are some food items no longer available for purchase. This only happens at the West Sacramento location. Kudos to the location at 12th street/Sutterville road… they were happy to prepare whatever I wanted at a 15 minutes notice
