I called the girl put me on hold for over 10 mins , I patiently waited , put them on hold called dominos made my order! Then continued to patiently wait still she then picks up the phone and hangs up !!!! Really so I called back ask to speak to the manger she says I am the manger I told her what she did I asked her are y’all that busy she said yes and hung up again !! Wow !!

Service as far as staffing very friendly and upbeat. However this is not what I should see fresh out of the oven unfortunately I didn’t open it while In the store because I would have requested a new Pizza. Half cheese ( barely any with a nice extra scoop of marinara on top ) The crust is somewhere between thin and pan not exactly sure what the goal was. Overall Little Caesars 5$ Hot n Ready has consistently been better looking and tasting than The 18$ competition.

Love Pizza Hut pizza, but good grief! I didn’t realize that when you call in an order it sends you to a call center in India! He told me what the special was, so I ordered it and when I picked it up the store wouldn’t honor the price! Can they not pick up a phone in Seneca??

I ordered my pizza on the telephone and he said it would take no more than 20 minutes for my pieces to be done when I went to pick up my pieces there was one lady in line waiting what her cash. The manager of the store proceeded to tell me that the systems were down and they would be up in 5 minutes or so so I waited over 45 minutes for my pizza the manager then said he would be willing to give a 10% discount. I told him we have been waiting so long for these pizzas and any other restaurant in the order was wrong due to the restaurant it will most likely be free after repeated questioning about what kind of discount he was going to get off for waiting so long the manager said he will go straight to his GM he came right back and said that he could give us 50% off. I went ahead and agreed because I was tired and hungry and my children were also. However it was really unprofessional I believe the way the GM number came up front to apologize himself aim to offer the discount for the pizza if it wasn’t good once we got home or for future discounts either. I really don’t use Pizza Hut that often because other companies usually have better specials and better tasting Pizza. But I tried to use them again and then let me down with the customer service. However the manager that was at the register was really nice and extremely apologetic.
