Busy. This place has a small shared parking lot with other businesses . Fairly busy for 3:00 p.m. on a Monday. Service was fairly fast. The music may seem a little loud here ,but young people working here seem to have no problem hearing your order . I had a 100% correct order. The pizza looks very good and a good price with 2 sides for family size pizza came to $27.00.

They where busy I understand sometimes it takes longer than expected, but over 30 minutes, for a cook at home pizza . People getting to go ahead of others , because mayby he called the other store , they stopped and made it for him , it was annoying. Only two workers , I know it’s not their fault , thanks guys for working hard and trying to please everyone. Keep it up.

Ordered online waited 50 minutes once I arrived for my order,was not greeted or asked if i could be helped until 20 minutes after walking inside,then employees proceed to tell me they are just now starting my order,love the pizza but won’t ever order from here again,they have 100% lost my business,I watched customers walk in behind me and order and recieve there food before I got my order,I ordered online so I didn’t have to wait,but wound up waiting a total of an hour for my order,very unsatisfied with the service!!

I picked up a perfect with extra cheese, a club salad with extra cheese and a cinnamon wheel this evening and wasn’t exactly thrilled with my order. The pizza was ok, nothing too great or too poor. But the salad was a completely different story. Half off it was ginormous stems that are barely edible, there were pieces that were slimy and beginning to go bad. As for toppings, there were barely any bacon or tomatoes and it was just kind of thrown in there like whatever. I’m hoping the cinnamon wheel at least tastes good. Thinking that I’ll start going to the Ocean Beach one and see if they’re any better in quality. I’ve been a huge fan of Papa Murphy’s for 20 years and this location has been lackluster pretty much every time I’ve come in in the last 2 years.
