It’s hard to find them, Sub Station II’s are incredible sandwiches. The staff at the Belmont location was awesome. I was very distracted and their patience was out of this world. I recommend the Reg. Cheese Stake and I recommend Sub Station II.

I visited this sub place for first since my surgery explained to the lady what I could and couldn’t eat she was very polite and helpful even though I could only eat a kids sub it was very delicious I also purchased 2 more full size subs for my mother and man and they loved them those 3 lady’s have great customer service and deserve a raise

1st time customer to this location Saturday met John very personal great attitude great customer service the food was just as great!!……….. Made a return trip today Wednesday to buy lunch for my whole family very different environment the server Dre never greeted me ,never said thank you ,and honestly seemed aggravated that I was there to order food !!!Strange how one visit can be great which prompted my return only to come back for very very poor service.. Just don’t think that we will be returning. At least without calling ahead to make sure someone professional is working.

A big pet peeve of mine is when you walk into an establishment you are acknowledged. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to say “Hi, I’ll be right with you.” The gentleman that helped us seemed as though he was mad at the world and hated his job. Lots of room for improvement when it comes to customer service. The food is good but the mood kinda ruins it all.
