We typically order salads via the app and we pay an indecent price for additional meat. They consistently don’t add the additional meat. The last time it happened I took the salads back and asked to speak to a manager. She treated me badly and said I just needed to understand they are short staffed and having a hard time keeping staff and therefore are training staff all the time. She told me she’d give my money back was unable to do so because I ordered and paid through the app. She said she’d have the owner do the refund. When I asked to speak to the owner she got mad said that she’d tell him to call me and she walked off, without getting my phone number. When I called her back to give her my number so the owner could call me she was very rude. Our conversation ended with her acknowledging that she’d have the owner refund my money for the salads I returned and she’d have him call me. It’s been over two weeks and my money has NOT been returned and the owner hasn’t called. We will NEVER eat here again. Stay away from this restaurant. It’s expensive, you don’t get what you pay for, management is rude and disrespectful and the owner is nonexistent.

It took about an hour to get our food today. A normal order of 2 adults and a kid. The soup was cold by the time it made it to our table. I understand they were busy but to take that long, pay that much, and still have cold food…won’t be back.

Slow to order and slow in getting food. For a fairly young crew, the staff is very polite and professional! However, not sure if a sandwich that can be made at home is worth the long line to order and then wait again for extended period of time for food. Was out of wraps and out of fresh fruit which was also dissapointing.

Two stars for only the entertainment provided at McAllisters tonight. None of the staff knew what was going on. We ordered a turkey, provolone, on baguette with mayo, onions, and lettuce. We were told that they were out of baguettes and ciabatta bread, and only had wheat. They, (yes 2 of the staff) rang us up for a turkey and swiss on white (not what we ordered at all). Once we left, we realized what we ended up with was a ham, Swiss, no mayo, on ciabatta. Very entertaining, the sandwich was horrible. We went to sheetz down the street for the sandwich we wanted, and it was much better, M.T.O.

Better call ahead to see if they have potatoes ready. We stood in line for 15 minutes to be told potatoes wouldn’t be ready for a half an hour. Unacceptable. We won’t be back.
