Bad service to not be open on your hours that you made. Iv been here 3 different times n not open. At 3:20pm says online they are open get there n they are closed. Just not good business to make up ur hours day to day..

There is not a location for Mt.Carmel/Church Hill on here. My wife and I went for their Hot Dog Special and some lemonade. Our order was made wrong for starters. My wife wanted a cup of ice and would have paid for it but was given it anyway. Grateful for that, then we were scolded because she didn’t use the correct cup for drink because she wanted the bigger cup for ice and openly talked about by the staff, the staff member was saying people do this all the time at their downtown Kingsport location. I don’t plan on returning for anything from them and I don’t recommend this location at all. Food wasn’t great even with order correction, being talked about in earshot and being treated like a child. Really? What happened to the customer is right and thanking them for their business?

My first visit. Service is stellar! Bun is served room temperature, next time I’ll ask to have it heated. Dog is flavorful, but was not very warm. Price was $7 for 2 plain hotdogs, which I thought was a little high, but I would eat here again.

Not nearly what it used to be. Still about the best place in town but today I got a large nacho and when I got back to work and opened it up it was two handfuls of crumbs for chips. Bottom of the bag obviously. Not what I signed up for. Chili is dry too compared to the good old days with Mike and the lady’s.
