I went to this location and ordered a chocolate soft serve. The young girl at the counter didn’t know what a “soft serve” was and eventually figured it out after I said it was ice cream. Her attitude made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. I have been to this location twice after this and each time the same employee doesn’t smile, say hello, or thank you for coming. They just take the card, swipe it, and hand you your items without an acknowledgment. God forbid you ask for a receipt too!

The ice cream is wonderful, but it’s almost impossible to get a cup of water with a meal. They usually hire a bunch of kids and since water isn’t an option on the computer they literally refuse or just give me sprite. I have to speak to a manager literally every time I go so that I can get a water with my “2 and a Q Combo” instead of the soda.

To have no change is an understatement,not only did they not have change I wasn’t able to order my 80 year old mother her Birthday lunch. Had to leave so I went to the store on dorr street same thing happened there but, the guy says I don’t have any change and I’m the only one that is the here. So I had to go all the way to the bank and come all the way back to get my mom what she wanted for her birthday. If it wasn’t for mom 80th birthday I surely wouldn’t have gone back there. The one on Fearing and the on Door St again it’s not a restaurant I have ever been that did not have change .

Don’t go here when it’s close to 8pm. I was in line at the drive thru at 745. And they had a long line. A worker comes from the back and make me and three other cars leave after sitting there. My kids was heart broken.
