Cheesesteaks were very good. Only issue, redeemed 6 magnets for free cheeze pizza… they wouldn’t issue new magnets for the 7 cheesesteaks we bought tonight??? If they were separate visits we’d have a free pizza coming but since they were redeemed while we were purchasing they won’t issue. Lesson learned, but stupid thought process…you just irritated a customer that spent almost $100 on cheesesteaks because we made the mistake of buying while redeeming.

Decent food but the service here is terrible. I’ve had 3 orders in a row now where something is wrong or missing. Called restaurant to talk to manager and his response was “I’m too busy right now to deal with this.”

The workers are friendly, there’s lots of seating & parking. I’m from out of town, so I asked for mayo AND oil/vinegar on my sub. They looked @ me like I was crazy, apparently that’s just “not how they eat a sub in Philly “. The guy who took my order was aimed to please, so he asked me my order several times. There still were onions on my sub & I had to go back up to ask for more oil & vinegar. A couple of my friends ordered a buffalo chicken stromboli. It was HUGE! But they seemee dissatisfied with it. However, Since they were so nice & tried really hard to make us happy , I WILL be returning here.

We just moved to the area and Palermo’s is across the street from us. We’re went our first night in town and have been back several times. The food is good, we have had their pizza and salads I recommend both. We haven’t wanted to try anywhere else and there is an italian restaurant on just about every corner here.

Very disappointed. I ordered a plain cheese pizza last night and there was hardly any cheese. Definitely not the same as the one in Royersford, theirs always has lots of cheese on it and you don’t even have to pay for extra cheese. Trappe is closer but I guess I will be driving the extra miles to the Royersford location!!!

My favorite of the Palermo’s is the Phoenixville location. But everything here was good as well. The place seemed a bit empty; hopefully they are busier on certain days and at other times.

My husband and son enjoy the pizza and Stromboli… Hence the one star… But the few times for myself!!! DISGUSTING … Horrible…the Gyros was under cooked and mushy and just cold gross… Ordered tonight a freah Mozzarella and tomato panni… (a grilled sandwich right ♀️) 12.99 for NOT Grilled… Maybe a half of tiny slice of NO METLED CHEESE … MAYBE A HALF OF SLICE OF TOMATO… ZERO OREGANO… ICE COLD CONGELED FRYES … FLAT OUT MUSH GROSSNESS… And they forgot the soda AGAIN… I would definitely recommend somewhere else… Run I tell you just run!!!!!!!!!!

Order a pizza last night 10/31/18 and was told 35 mins #104. 40 mins later I went in to get my pizza and they were only on # 86 I said you told me 35 mins where is my pizza! His response was we were told to say 35 mins. I said well you lied then! He laughed and said that’s the way it is! I’m here right now can you have them make my pizza he said no there are 16 customers in front of you! Told him to shove the pizza! I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Palermo s pizza! No way to treat customers! I’ll assume the other 16 customers got screwed also!!!!!

Good pizza but a little pricey. Always a solid option for crowd pleasing and easy to order. Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. The parking is shared with Trappe Tavern so if does get busy.
