The worst. Have always messed up our orders. Always missing items. Ordered pick up they said everything was there and the whole bucket of chicken wasn’t in there! Missing biscuits on different order. Another time the biscuits were literally rock hard ! Not going back. They keep the phone off too. So have to drive all the way back to fix issues

Ordered on the app for pickup at 5:00 pm. Went to pick it up at 5:06 pm. They had already given my order to someone else. After losing it a bit and having the cops called on me. I began to think about it. The woman arguing with me wouldn’t allow ANYONE else to speak to me even after I told her I would rather speak to someone else. She wasn’t helpful at all. She told me that someone came in and used my name to pickup the order. NOBODY here in Yuma is named Stefan and would know exactly what time to pick up the order. You got a rogue employee who is giving away online orders then telling customers that the app will refund them the money.

Customer service was on point welcoming and quick. Drove-thru to try the new KFC’s plant-based Beyond Fried Chicken. The nuggets had a firmer texture and comparable taste to other plant-based/vegan alternatives nothing off putting a bit saltier than what I am used to, but good. I hope KFC makes this a permanent item and goes a step further to prevent cross contamination by using designated fryers. Nevertheless, this is a major step to help end animal slavery and providing an alternative for those transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle/going fully vegan/looking to reduce animal flesh consumption.
