So disappointed!! I ordered online and was told when I got there that they didn’t have most of what I ordered. They had no filled donuts and no blueberry cake donuts. In the picture is the sad looking replacements I got. Not only do they look awful they were cold and somewhat hard like if they were day old. The crullers tasted absolutely disgusting and one of them look to be dirty! as did the sour cream donut and the cake donut. For $12 a dozen these are the worst donuts I’ve ever had!! I’ll continue getting my $5.99 per dozen donuts from Kroger, they have more variety and they taste way better. Really mad I actually paid for this trash!!

I had been having a bad morning. Woke up late for work. I pull up to the drive through speaker and the nice lady who took my order was so cheerful and helpful it was contagious. By the end of my order my mood had completely changed! She was very helpful and sweet and helped me pick out drinks that would continue my good mood through the day (they are so delicious!) and when I get up to the window to pay my drinks we’re already made and waiting for me and the nice man had a huge smile on his face continuing the wonderful atmosphere they have. He double checked my order and made sure to make me feel like my order mattered. 10/10 will be coming here instead of Starbucks! I don’t think Starbucks has EVER treated me with the kindness that Dunkin’ did.

The black manager or i dont know if she is even a manager should not be there. She told me if i could get out of the drive thru line because it was raising her drive thru time. There was literally NOBODY behind me in line. First of all i didnt know their menu and was trying to decide on what to get since they did not have what I wanted. She had an attitude the whole time she helped out. Even made the gentlemen help us out instead. If corporate cares so much about the drive thru time they should put a sign that says “order quick or leave” simple as that. PS the coffee was garbage and so was the dragonfruit drink. The dragonfruit drink tasted worst then CoolAid. Not worth the price

My daughter and I bought single dip lemon custard cones. The cones were very stale, ruining the treat. I tried several times to call the store, but no one ever answers. The phone just rings until heir answering machine picks up each. I’ve left messages asking for someone to call me back. No one ever did.

Ordered 1 dozen donuts online. Got my donuts and pulled into a parking spot to check them. To my surprise they didn’t match what I had ordered. Whenever I went through the drive through again to tell them what had happened I was told there was nothing they could do. I simply asked what I had ordered and they refused to replace my order. They told me to call some 1800 number to get a refund. Manager was very rude to me as well

I ordered from their Baskin Robbins inside 2x off doordash and both times I was told they can’t make my order because they are out of ice cream. So y’all don’t have any ice cream of any kind. Lazy… Remove yourself from doordash wasted my money didn’t even get a full refund and spent 29$ they only refunded me 5$

I love dunkin’ but this is not the dunkin that I know. The donuts are not presentable.. In this location why do they cut the donut like a sandwich and put the fillings inside? And the taste is not as good like the dunkin’ that I know. Local donuts shop are much better.
