The people who work here are very fast and friendly. I’m here visiting my parents and have been here like 5 times in the last 4 days.. we don’t have one of these local to me, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.. better prices to than Dunkin’D, drinks are imo better (less sugar probably), but what really won me over is the staff at this location. No complaints whatsoever.

Rarely do I go here and an order is correct. My final time going I placed my order and was given a few items then was asked to pull around. After waiting a good 10 minutes a guy came out and asked what we were waiting on because they didn’t have our items. I told them what all we needed and then five minutes after they went inside I went in and had to walk them through every item to make sure it was all correct.

On my first visit to a Tim Hortons, I tried the bacon, egg, cheese everything bagel. Delicious! Soft slightly chewy bagel, no rubbery textured egg here….nice and soft, bacon had good flavor. TimBits are ok. The chocolate ones are a bit waxy. Nice chocolate flavor though. I liked the cinnamon spiced ones best. The French Vanilla coffee honestly tastes like International coffee from the tins. I’ve always liked that brand so it doesn’t bother me at all! All pros & cons considered, I’ve found a new sandwich & coffee place. I love that you can customize your sandwich with any bread! I’ll be back!

Terrible service! They don’t sell the products in the front case till 4pm…so they were “out” of apple fritters when there was 3 right there in the case. Then we had 2 sandwich orders that was taking forever, the person behind us got his sandwich and several drive thru orders went out and we still haven’t gotten ours. When one of us went up to ask what was taking so long, they were ignored until a second person came up to see what was taking so long, they responded with, “the order never appeared on the screen “..

I order the same coffee every time and it’s never consistent. I am not one to leave a review because I understand mistakes happen but after so many times, it is necessary. This time the bagel was not edible. We joked about how chewy it was but it was actually painful to bite that I had to stop eating it. Went to Tim Hortons this morning for coffee and donuts and I have gone multiple occasions and so has my boyfriend and we asked for a chocolate frosted sprinkle doughnut and they don’t sell them or make them and they will not add sprinkles to a already chocolate frosted doughnut because they don’t sell them only place I have ever went to who does not care to make their customers happy there is no reason I don’t care if corporate says you’re not to make them or not no reason you can’t add sprinkles to a chocolate frosted doughnut with sprinkles if you can make a vanilla frosted sprinkle doughnut you can make a chocolate frosted sprinkle doughnut
