An awful experience all around. I am not given enough food after ordering on the drive through and paying for everything. When I call the Popeyes and ask to come back, I am spoken to rudely and am given a 5 minute limit. When I come back in time, I was given mac and cheese that had suspicious black marks on them and a spicy chicken sandwich covered in buffalo sauce, that was meant to be classic. The mac and cheese seemed inedible and the chicken sandwich was too spicy at this point. Really need to step up customer service as the manager consistently makes mistakes and refuses to accept that he does.

I don’t think I’ve seen more lazy and slow workers in my entire life. I’m an Uber eats delivery driver, out of 10 times, 9 times the food won’t be ready and you have to wait and watch paint on the wall dry while they talk and joke amongst themselves, moving like snails. How in the Christ these people have jobs and who hired them is what I’d love to know. Never wrote a review in my life, but avoid this route 4 restaurant like the plague

My wife wished to eat at Popeyes so we went there, cashier was helpful and took our order but don’t know why a lady looked like supervisor was surprised with price of stuff their system showed, it shows lack of knowledge about own stuff. Then ordered and waited for order. Got our order and wife checked for freshness and instead of pieces being warm it wasn’t felt fresh. We asked them for fresh and warm pieces, so instead of giving us fresh ones they gave same ones oil fried once again. And when one of waiter giving us fresh one, she asked him why he’s giving fresh piece, instead get old one fried. We’re not going back to popeyes. Earlier staff was friendly.

Worst Experience at this Popeyes location! The Drive through service was extremely poor. My order was incorrect, the cashier charged me more without notification for the upsell. Check your order before leaving and inspect your receipt. My order was incorrect, they said no biscuit came w/ my # 1 Meal when it clearly stated it did on the Drive Thru Menu and the Cashier threw my receipt in the trash w/o giving it me. When i asked for my receipt, she walked over and pulled it out of the trash and handed it over to me. Again, worst service ever and the employees don’t care about the restaurant brand or their customers.

Today I ordered from one of Popeyes near my location for drive-through option. First of all, I waited on drive-through lane and then in parking lot for more than 20mins. Never heard from Popeyes associate and then went inside store and picked up my order.
