Dtopped by at 11:34 today, friday October 8, 2021 for a quick lunch with my mom for her 65th birthday. The door said open at 11am, the website said open at 11am, the person inside said dining doesnt open til 4pm. Nowhere was that posted anywhere! Very upset.

At first I thought i got lucky with nobody being here little did i know… That this place was awful first my drink didn’t even come out of the machine than the waiter was mumbling so nobody could hear him afterwards got my food which was pretty decent. All I have to say that the service sucked. I felt i wasn’t supposed to be their as the server wasn’t very welcoming. The dining room was freezing no tvs were on or nothing.

Absolutely horrible service. Food was cold and I was double charged. I was told it would take a week to get my money back. Not sure where thats ok but I know if I didn’t pay I wouldn’t have got my food so what’s up with that pizza hut? Then for my food to show up cold is beyond belief.. ill never order again.

The order was hot, on time, and the service was great. I ordered two pizzas. On one I asked for extra cheese and there is no way I received it unless Pizza Hut has cut back on portion size. That was my only complaint.
