Taco Shells were Stale… I had to ask for sum1 to come to Register. And then all tacos had less than one bite of meat on them. The five layer burrito, if that’s what u want to call it was more like a 2 layer… and the Grill Cheese Dipper u couldn’t even pick up without it being a disaster. Where’s Management??? So I ordered delivery online, they got it wrong missing two items and one was prepared with meat when I asked it not to be(daughter is vegetarian). The app is imposed to use to get any amount of customer service. I believe engineered to reset every time you hit a certain point, so you can’t actually send in the complaint.

Every single time I go to this specific Taco Bell, it is a 0/10 experience. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place, so I went there today to treat myself after a really hard week. When I got there, I ordered a Beefy Melt Burrito and Chicken Chipotle Melt. I went to the second window to pick up my order, and I noticed there was only one item in my bag. The person at the window seemed really confused and called over their manager, who also didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. Once they understood, they had me drive up a bit so they could walk it out to my car. Once I got my second item, I left the establishment super excited for this meal. I drove home and opened up my order to find that neither of the items I ordered were correct. They were both the same thing: a burrito with chicken, lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese. They were not at all what the Beefy Melt Burrito nor Chicken Chipotle Melt are supposed to be. This isn’t the first time this Taco Bell messed up my order like this, yet every time I tell myself, “it’ll be different this time,” it’s always the same. I’m officially never going back to this Taco Bell again.

Do NOT order from them through the DoorDash or UberEats app. I’m a delivery driver, and this is the fourth night that I’ve lost orders because they refused to complete them. I understand that they are short-staffed, but to outright REFUSE because they don’t feel like doing it is just laziness. The restaurant was still open, the lobby was closed, and the drive-thru wasn’t busy at all. I have to reject every order that comes in for this Taco Bell now, because it’s just become more of a hassle than what it’s worth. If you go into the restaurant, the service is fine and they are polite. But I don’t recommend ordering through any food delivery service anymore.

This place absolutely sucks. They barely wrapped our food in the wrappers and threw our food in upside down. When we went to take out our tacos all of the filling had fallen out into our bags. Some of our taco shells were broken up into pieces. They gave us beef chalupas instead of chicken. They gave us regular tacos instead of doritos tacos. Our bag is a disgusting mess of food. I’m so incredibly angry. Avoid this place.

Waited 30-45 minutes for food after ordering. Absolutely no one working the front counter. People piling in and not one worker acknowledged anyone in the lobby waiting to order. Cinnabons had zero cinnamon. Food was cold. Biggest issue was waiting so long for food while everyone worked on pushing drive thru orders out
