Consistent issues with this store. They never garlic the crust, today Aug 29, I ordered a bread pasta bowl and it came to me raw. There is always something wrong with this place. I’m tired of complaining and calling corporate because nothing is done. Everyone should stop ordering from here. Rotolos is right down the street at they get your food cooked and done right. This domino’s can go to hell.

I don’t know what the other people’s problems are in these reviews but I’ve been ordering from this dominos for years. Every single time I order their pizza is perfect and their service is always friendly and quick, especially when they’re busy. Pizza I will actually eat the crust off of. I hate this dominos and only order because of the close distance but that’s about to stop. Every single time I order from here the pizza is never correct. I ask for extra sauce they put no sauce, you ask for extra toppings they put 5. If you get a delivery order drivers go behind your back to add tips you did not authorize. And they are so busy trying to rush pizzas out of the door that sometimes I get a cold premade pizza that’s been sitting out for who knows how long or a pizza thats raw and doughy. Im am so tired of disputing transactions and being disappointed with what I am paying for.

Domino’s isn’t as good as it used to be, but it’s still one of the better options for delivery in my area. The pan pizza is delicious as long as they put cheese on the entire thing. That’s hit or miss though. I’ve tried the chicken carbonara pasta a couple of times, but I don’t think I’ll order it again. They’re super stingy with the alfredo sauce and there was barely any chicken in it. For $7, it’s a total waste. I actually had to add more seasoning and cheese to make it edible. One plus is that the delivery drivers are always so nice and professional. That’s the main reason I continue to order from here.

So first off, I ordered this to be delivered for somebody and I couldn’t even track to see where the delivery driver was. The delivery driver LaTasha just left the pizza on the ground, when I CLEARLY chose Traditional/Hand Delivery. I was on the phone with my girlfriend asking her have the pizza came and by the time she realized it came, it was COLD! Whoever LaTasha is needs to go back to training. Why would you leave the pizza on the ground so bugs can possibly get in it if I selected Traditional/Hand delivery!?. Then on top of that, she didn’t even knock on the door to let someone know that it was delivered. I wish I can take my tip back and this is the last time ordering from your location. Thanks alot LaTasha for your terrible service!

I placed a small order via the app at 7pm. The app kept showing that it was in a quality check for over 30 minutes so I waited. Thirty minutes later it said the pizza was delivered. I called the store and they tell me the driver is in her way now (I live 5 minutes away) so that was a lie because I wait 45 more minutes and go the the store myself. They said the driver was at my residence which was a lie. In fact she and I rolled up at the same time TWO hours after I ordered. I left the store right after she did but they said she had a lot of ground to cover and said they were understaffed. If they just said they were short I could have gone when I first called them. No manager stepped in when I asked for one. ZERO customer service. The truth would have gone so very far. Would not ever recommend again and I’ve been a faithful long time customer, until tonight.
