All members of the staff were so friendly and talking to customers, calling them by name and making conversation. The man who took my order was really trying to sell his “fresh baked cookies that he just baked this morning” but in a very sweet way. My sandwich and fries were delicious, fries were cooked made to order for me and everyone else who was ordering and they made sure to tell all customers exactly what was in each bag and ask if we needed ketchup or vinegar. As someone who works in the food industry I was very impressed. I never leave reviews but I had to give these guys some credit!

Worst experience I have ever had at a Penn Station, as an employee of 5 years for the company. Both red shirts on shift were the furthest thing from welcoming, the dining room was disgusting and had not been swept or up kept at all. We were the only customers in the store at the time so PLENTY of time to clean the store. The oil was not clean, there fore the fries were disgusting, the sandwiches were not presented properly, neither were the fries as they came out with no cup and too big of a portion (wasting product). The female red shirt on shift was out of dress code wearing very short shorts on the line.

We love this place! Managers Heather and Tony are amazing- super friendly and the restaurant is very well-run. The sandwiches are delicious and filling. We usually go at lunchtime but have gone in the evening and Bryson and Meredith did a great job making our sandwiches and fries. Definitely beats other sandwich places we’ve tried!

Price for what I got was disappointing. Someone did give me a free cookie, but the cookie was much to thick and undercooked.

Heather and Tony are doing it right. We’ve came here for years. It’s either great or just terrible. Since they’ve taken the location over, our food is ALWAYS fast, delicious, and correct. They always have a smile and very engaging with the customers.

Extremely nice staff, made it so comfortable there. Never expected to think of a Penn Station as a place for friendly banter with strangers. Food is delicious of course. Priced high but that’s not their fault
