District Taco in Alexandria, VA, left quite an impression on me with their California burrito priced at $12.99. This delightful creation boasts an array of enticing elements: a protein of your choice, creamy guacamole, zesty chipotle mayo, flavorful rice, hearty black beans, and satisfying potatoes – all harmoniously enveloped in a soft flour tortilla. While every ingredient played its part, the true star of the show was the flour tortilla itself. Its impeccable texture and taste elevated the entire experience to a new level. The combination of flavors and textures within the burrito was truly amazing, showcasing a thoughtful balance that catered to my taste buds. District Taco’s California burrito is a definite must-try for anyone seeking a palate-pleasing and well-crafted meal.

I ordered three tacos which was good but came out a bit soggy. To be fair, it could have been the number of toppings I added (rice, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, lettuce and beans).

District Taco – Arlington now has kiosks that are so complicated that two people standby to assist customers ordering. Food is great, but gone is the condiment bar with three kinds of salsa, jalapeños and onions. You get one small plastic, sealed cup of mild salsa and that gets spread across 3 small tacos. I won’t be going back and based upon the number of customers present when I was there, others have voted with their feet as well. No longer recommended.

Is it me, or has Osiris taken his eye off the ball? This place used to have energy and care about the food, but lately the people seem to lack joy and the food seems to have slid a bit. I’d love to see it reinvigorated.

One of my favorite taco places. The atmosphere is great, filled with nostalgia as I used to school just across the street. The fish tacos are among the best I’ve had, and the salsa and soft drink options are as well.

Always consistent, always incredible. Best in the area and beyond. Breakfast is awesome and served all day, tacos and burritos are fantastic, and the bowls and salads are healthful. Try the habanero salsa, you have to ask for it special as it’s not on the salsa bar. Coffee is phenomenal but mostly only available in the AM.
